Yes — upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your current tier's benefits until then.
Every new account starts on a 14-day free trial of the Pro tier — no credit card required. At the end of the trial you can choose a plan, or your workspace automatically moves to Starter (free) with no charge.
Your data stays accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything — projects, analytics, assets — at any point during that window. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.

Annual billing charges the full year upfront at a 20% discount. You won't be billed again for 12 months. If you cancel mid-year, unused months are refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Absolutely. All payments are processed by Stripe — we never store your card details on our servers. Plans is SOC 2 Type II certified, and all data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
