Each phase builds on the last. You don't drift — you progress through a designed arc with your cohort beside you every step.

Weeks 1–2

Foundation & Clarity

You arrive with your idea, your assumptions, and your noise. We help you separate the signal. Deep-dive workshopping on your core problem, your actual audience, and the first version of your positioning.

Deliverable: A single-page positioning brief you'll use for the rest of the program.

Weeks 3–5

Build in the Open

Stop hiding your work. This phase is about velocity, public progress, and the uncomfortable discipline of shipping. Weekly critique circles. Expert guest: distribution-first product thinking.

Deliverable: A working v0 or content series with a real audience seeing it.

Weeks 6–8

First Traction

Revenue, subscribers, users — pick your traction metric and pursue it deliberately. Learn the conversations, the offers, the objections. Expert guest: early monetization and pricing psychology.

Deliverable: Your first paying customer, subscriber milestone, or validated hypothesis.

Weeks 9–11

Systems & Scale

What got you here won't get you there. This phase is about designing repeatable processes — content systems, outreach cadences, onboarding, the unsexy infrastructure of growth.

Deliverable: A documented growth system running without you for 48 hours.

Week 12

Demo & Integration

A final presentation to the full cohort and an invited external audience. Not a pitch — a proof. Then a structured retrospective to wire in what you learned before you leave.

Deliverable: A public case study and your 90-day roadmap post-cohort.
