What the Reset Actually Does

Most coaching programs hand you a framework and call it transformation. The 90-Day Reset is different — it's a systematic intervention across the three pillars that determine how you show up: your mindset architecture, your energy operating system, and your clarity of direction.

Over three months, you'll work through structured weekly modules, bi-weekly group calls, and two private one-on-one sessions. The work is deep but the format is built for people who are already running at full capacity — focused, sequenced, no busywork.

By the end, you won't just feel better. You'll have rebuilt the infrastructure of how you think, decide, and act — and that lasts well beyond the 90 days.

"I came in exhausted and cynical. I left with a clear direction, more energy than I'd had in years, and a team that actually trusted my leadership again."

Built for a Specific Kind of Person

High achievers who've hit an invisible ceiling — not for lack of effort, but because effort alone stopped being enough.

  • The Burnt-Out Leader You're still performing — but you're running on fumes and everyone can see the cracks before you do.
  • The Stuck Achiever You've hit 6 or 7 figures and now the metrics feel hollow. The next level requires a different version of you.
  • The Pattern Repeater You keep arriving at the same wall with different scenery. You're done with insight that doesn't translate to change.
  • The Transition Navigator A career pivot, a leadership jump, or a life rebuild — you're in motion and need the right support structure.
  • The Founder at a Fork Your business is growing. You're not sure you're growing with it — and you can feel the cost of that gap.
  • The Quiet Quitter (of Yourself) Professionally fine, personally running on empty. You want your life to feel like yours again.

This program is not a good fit if you're looking for a quick motivational fix, a done-for-you solution, or if you're not willing to do the uncomfortable inner work. We take 12 people per cohort for a reason.

Three Phases. One Complete Transformation.

Each phase builds on the last. We don't move to momentum until the foundation is real — not just conceptual.

Weeks 1–4

Deconstruct

We strip back the noise to find the real signal. What's actually depleting you? Where are you spending identity energy on roles that no longer fit? What beliefs are running the operating system underneath your decisions?

  • Energy Audit
  • Identity Mapping
  • Belief System Analysis
  • Values Clarification
Weeks 5–10

Rebuild

With a cleared foundation, we architect what you're building toward. New habits get sequenced strategically — not piled on top of an already full life. Decision-making frameworks get installed. Your relationship with your own attention changes.

  • Habit Architecture
  • Decision Frameworks
  • Attention Management
  • Leadership Presence
Weeks 11–13

Momentum

We close the loop and build the scaffolding for what happens after. A personal operating system tailored to how you work, what you're optimizing for, and how you want to show up over the next decade — not just the next quarter.

  • Personal OS Design
  • 90-Day Planning
  • Accountability Structures
  • Integration Review

What You Leave With

Not vague "transformation." Concrete shifts in how you operate.

  • Sustainable energy — you stop white-knuckling your way through the week and start recovering on purpose
  • Directional clarity — you know exactly what you're building toward and why it matters to you specifically
  • Decision confidence — fewer second-guesses, faster execution, less energy lost to rumination
  • Rewired patterns — the self-sabotage loops that kept repeating stop having the same grip on you
  • A personal operating system — a documented, tested set of principles and practices that is entirely yours
  • Peer cohort — a small group of people at your level who actually get it — and who you'll stay connected to after
