Assessment & Baseline

Full body composition scan, movement screening, lifestyle audit, and metabolic assessment. We build your exact starting point — and your exact target.

Weeks 3–8
Foundation Phase

Progressive overload, caloric precision, and habit installation. You build the physical base and the psychological architecture that makes transformation inevitable — not accidental.

Weeks 9–14
Intensification

Training volume peaks, nutrition is dialed to the last macro, and we introduce performance-specific conditioning. This is where most programs fall apart. Ours accelerates.

Weeks 15–16
Peak & Integration

Final performance peak, photoshoot-ready protocol if desired, and a full handoff plan so results don't evaporate the second we're done. You leave knowing exactly how to keep going.

Do I need to already be training consistently?

Yes. Forge programs require at minimum 6 months of structured training. We're not a beginner program — we're for athletes ready to stop spinning their wheels and start compounding results. If you're newer, we'll point you in the right direction.

Can I train at a commercial gym?

Absolutely. Most of our clients train at commercial or home gyms. We need access to barbells, dumbbells, and cables. We'll assess your setup in the onboarding call and adapt accordingly.

How does the application process work?

Fill out the application below. We review every submission within 48 hours. If you're a potential fit, you'll receive a link to book a 20-minute discovery call. No sales pressure — just a straight conversation about whether this is the right moment for you.

What's the investment?

Forge 16 starts at £2,400. Forge Elite at £1,800. Forge 1-on-1 is priced individually based on scope. We don't publicly list pricing because we first want to understand your situation — investment is discussed on the discovery call.

What if I travel frequently?

Travel is built into the program, not worked around it. We provide hotel and equipment-minimal alternatives for every training block, and your nutrition plan includes eating-out protocols for frequent travelers.

Is this remote or in-person?

Forge 16 and Elite are fully remote with weekly video check-ins. Forge 1-on-1 offers in-person options for clients in London and Manchester. Remote clients get equal (often superior) results — accountability infrastructure matters more than proximity.
